Zairy Anabel Vasquez, age 40, loving mother of four, and adoring wife to husband John Vasquez Jr., went to be with her heavenly father on December 22, 2022, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Zairy was born in 1982 in Rio Bravo, Tamaulipas, and raised in San Fernando, Tamaulipas until she was 6 years old and then moved to Brownsville, TX. She moved at the age of 17 to San Antonio where she met the love of her life, John Vasquez Jr. They moved to Brownfield, TX, and married in March of 2007. They spent their life in Brownfield where they raised four beautiful children: Daniel Zayr Ramirez (23) of Lubbock, Zairy Kayleen Ramirez (20) of Brownfield, John David Vasquez (18) of Brownfield, and Isaac Jacob Vasquez (15) of Brownfield. She loved to cook, clean, and help other people. Zairy was not a stranger to hard work. She was always willing to give a helping hand to anyone in need. She became a grandmother, and she was absolutely thrilled about her family growing. She will be dearly missed.
Zairy is survived by her husband of 15 years, John Vasquez Jr.; son, Daniel Ramirez; daughter, Zairy Kayleen Ramirez; son, John David Vasquez; and son, Isaac Jacob Vasquez.
; parents, Anibal and Irma Paz; sisters, Edna Paz Ovalle and Neila Martinez; brothers, Jesus Paz and Diego Paz. She also leaves behind a grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews
She is preceded in death by her grandparents Margarita and Rosendo Paz; her uncle Guadalupe Garza and her aunt, Martha Garza.
