Timothy Shawn Anderson, Friday, December 22, 2017 was suddenly called to Heaven.
Tim was born September 15, 1970 to Leon and Jeannie Anderson in Hobbs New Mexico. Tim was a graduate of Hobbs High School in 1988 after high school Tim continued his studies at New Mexico Junior College from 1988 to 1990. After his studies Tim enlisted into the United States Army in 1990. Tim spent his basic training days in Fort Benning, Georgia before being assigned to the Third Armored Division in Frankfort Germany. Tim then served his tour of duty in the Persian Gulf during Operation Desert Storm in Iraq. Upon completion of his Tour Tim then returned to Fort Benning where he met the love of his life Sheree Anderson. Tim and Sheree were married, December 31, 1994, at the Chapel of Fort Benning. Tim and his family returned to Hobbs NM in 1995 and raised their two sons. For those who knew Tim, most knew Tim as an avid golfer. However, despite his smaller stature growing up he was all around athlete as well. Tim took a page from his Opa and was also a skilled craftsman. Tim was also an experienced computer specialist and loved the latest and greatest gadgetry. Before being called to the Lord Tim was parts logistics expert at Enrichment Technologies Department, ES and continued that profession at Gene Messer Toyota.
Survivors include his parents, Leon and Jeannie Anderson of Granbury, Texas; wife, Sheree Anderson; children, Brandon Holcomb and wife, Emily; and grandchildren which were the Light of his Life, Payton Holcomb, Mackenzie Holcomb, Kambry Holcomb of Foley Alabama, and Christopher “CT” Thomas Caldwell of Rome Georgia; brother, Ryan Anderson and fiancé, Lisa Marie Veal; nieces, Camden Veal and Londyn Rae Anderson of Lubbock Texas, Mother-in-Law Geneva Yarbrough, Sister-in-Law Pam Headrick and Brother-in-law James Wilson, along with several nieces and nephews all of Rome GA.
He was preceded in death by his son, BJ Caldwell, who went to be with his Heavenly Father on April 27, 2010.
