Ruth L. Furuli was born May 22, 1942, to Howard “Smokey” and Theda (Hinson) Liner in Lubbock, TX. She graduated from Roosevelt High School. She died on Thursday, November 10, 2022.

Ruth is survived by her daughters, Deborah “Debbie” Lauro and Dawn Furuli-Sena; grandchildren, Amanda Esquibel, Shae (Brenden) Lenning, Mary Esquibel, Maryssa Sena, and Logan Sena; great-grandchildren, Deucalion and Finnegan Lenning; and a brother, Gerald “Jerry” Liner.

Along with her parents, Ruth is preceded in death by a sister, Sheri Pruitt.

Ruth’s family has designated the Texas Girls and Boys Ranch at https://txgbr.org for memorial donations in her memory.

A service to celebrate the life of Ruth L. Furuli is scheduled at 1:00 pm on Sunday, January 15, 2023, at Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial Designers. She passed on Thursday, November 10, 2022.
