The family of Priscilla Saldivar-Orosco will host a gathering of family and friends from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Sunday, February 19, 2023, at Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial Designers. Mass to celebrate her life of 37 years is scheduled at 10:00 AM on Monday, February 20, 2023, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, Olton. Priscilla Yvonne Saldivar-Orosco was born February 5, 1986, to Tranquilino, Jr. and Rumalda (Gonzales) Saldivar in Garland, TX. After a 12-year relationship, she married Nathan Orosco on November 12, 2022, in Slaton Texas. Priscilla was a precious woman who loved her family, making her the best wife, mom, sister, daughter, and tia. She was loved by many and was called Prissy as a nickname.
Priscilla loved to craft and was looking forward to growing her small business, Prissy’s Custom Creations. She loved the color purple and butterflies, and those two things were everywhere in her life. She was gifted and was the family and friend baker as she put her heart into everything she did.
Priscilla enjoyed traveling with Nathan and the kids and looked forward to large family trips creating memories.
Priscilla loved a good laugh, and to smile, and was young at heart. She will be forever loved and missed by her family and friends.
Priscilla is survived by her husband, Nathan Orosco; son, Seth Saldivar; daughter, Aspen Orosco; father, Tranquilino Saldivar, Jr.; siblings, Selena (Santos) Reyes, Sonya (Chris) Smith, Ralph (Valerie) Saldivar, Renee (Sonny) Rodriquez, and Michelle (Roy) Sanchez; twenty-three nieces and nephews, four great-nieces and nephews; mother-in-law Stella Luera Bustillos; father-in-law Jose Orosco; sisters-in-law, Michelle Orosco, Katrina (Chris) Cantu and Mariselda (Stephen) Fowler; brother-in-law, Joe Orosco, Jr.; her Nena, Nan Smith; and her best friend Rachel Holmes.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Rumalda Saldivar; brother-in-law, Larry Delgado; a nephew, Devin Saldivar; her maternal and paternal grandparents; and her beloved dog Chloe.
