Patsy LaRue was born on November 23, 1936 to Joe and Martha Leake, in Garza County, Texas. On March 21, 1953, Patsy married the love of her life, Roscoe in Lubbock, Texas. She was a manicurist and pedicurist.Survivors include her daughter, Scorpie White and husband, Doug; grandson, Wako Ky Frazier and wife, Kasey; great-granddaughter, KyLeah Frazier; 2 grand dogs; siblings, Katy Maxcy and husband, Jack; Joe Bob Leake and wife, Donna; David Leake and wife, Carmie; and sister-in-law, Pat Leake. Patsy carried a special place in her heart for her many nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe F. and Martha Ann Leake; husband, James Roscoe Fowler; and brother, Jackie Leake.

I was my honor to do nails and pedicures with Patsy at Fiesta. She was a sweet lady.

Although we did not know Patsy well, she was one of the kindest ladies in our Sunday School class. She was so appreciative of any kind deed - and did her share to others, as well. We will miss her sweet loving ways. Jimmie Sue & Buck Jones

with heavy heart I come to this page again. I couldn't even function yesterday, this woman was the best!! she was my "other Mother". Back when I was a young girl, whenever I came up "missing" my folks always knew where to find me...at Patsy's house. she always had something positive to say and words of encouragement when things went sour, which in my case was often. Lord, please watch over Scorpie and give her strength in these difficult times. oh, yeah, and man, could she cook up some GOOD food!! I love this woman and will look forward to seeing her in the sweet by and bye.....Normie
