Bettye Robinett J Robinett left a message on January 27, 2019:
We didn't visit often. When we did we began where we left off just as best friends should be able to do. She was like a sister to me from 3rd grade through high school and then our first year at Texas Tech. Pat was a beautiful and talented lady. I send my sympathy to the Dennard and Drysdale families. May God bless and comfort you.Thank you, Vickie, for contacting me. I wish I could be at the visitation and service. At this time my health issues prevent that.

I’m so sorry to learn of her passing. My deepest sympathy goes out to the family. Psalms 34:18 talks about Jehovah God being close to the brokenhearted and saving those who are crushed in spirit. I hope this scripture brings some comfort during this time.

Bettye Jo Tyer (Robinett) and I (Reika Henry) sang with Pat in the high school trio. We had so much fun singing and traveling to various venues - even to perform at the State Jaycee Convention in Dallas! I always think of Pat as a bridesmaid (sang a solo, too) in my wedding which was 62 years ago today. She was a talented artist and vocalist. Many people were blessed by her over the years. Ben and I send our deepest condolences to all the family. Love to all, Reika
