My wife and I had the great privilege of having Pat assist us with purchasing three homes in Lubbock. She was a consummate Realtor and the genuine article. We will both deeply miss her kindness and sense of humor!

My sweet friend, Pat, and I served as co-chairs for the Lubbock Symphony Guild and had lots of laughs doing it. Pat sold houses for me and helped me find homes throughout the years. She seemed eternally young, so it's hard to believe she couldn't live forever. She will be remembered always.

Pat made an indelible mark on my life, like she did with so many others, impacting me personally and professionally in ways words cannot express. Her friendship, quiet influence and her caring attitude toward all are like forever fingerprints on my heart. Always respected colleagues in the real estate business through the 1980’s-1990’s, both of us with our own firms, it was a highlight of my career when she chose to join her iconic “Pat Ham, Inc.” brand with the WestMark Companies in 2004. In our 20+ year “partnership”, we experienced so much together. Her success in real estate and the service she provided to her clients is legendary. Asked about her priorities/keys to success she would share: 1. Dress up and show up. 2. Work hard. 3. Be kind to everyone, always (and she lived it!). 4. Listen, listen, listen. 5. Bring value to everything. Her influence will live on for generations. Rest in peace, Pat—we know we will see you again.
