The family of Pablo M. Ballejo will gather to recite the Holy Rosary at 6:00 PM on Sunday, October 10, 2021, with visitation to follow at Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial Designers. Mass will be celebrated in honor of Pablo’s life of 51 years at 10:00 AM on Monday, October 11, 2021, at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. He passed on Friday, October 1, 2021. We invite you to view the live-streamed service on this page, sign his virtual guestbook, and download his memorial keepsake folder to your device for printing.Pablo, commonly referred to as Paul, was a man of all trades. He loved working on cars, doing yard work, and being surrounded by family. He knew no strangers. He loved to make people laugh and was always the life of the party. Paul met his wife, Silvia, in 1998 with love at first sight, he would say. They were married for 22 wonderful years where the merging of two families became so natural. He loved being a dad, but his greatest accomplishment was being a grandfather. They all knew they could get away with anything when “Papa” was around and there was nothing he wouldn’t do for every single one of them.Paul was a devoted Catholic Christian and was a member of the Guadalupanos at our Lady of Grace. He also loved to give and volunteer his time at the Salvation Army. With a heart always seeking to help, he touched many lives, including animals. A stray dog always found their way to Paul because they knew he never could turn them away.Survivors include his wife, Silvia Ballejo; children, Albert (Maritza) Chapa, Gloria (Jildan) Quiterio, Christopher (Jayton) Chapa, Laura (Talivan Zamacona) Ballejo, Lisa Castro, and Miguel Castro; twelve beloved grandchildren and one on the way; and siblings, Johnny Ballejo; Rose Ballejo, and Bernadette Castillo. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Olga Ballejo and Esmeralda Ballejo; and brother, Ricky Ballejo.
