My deepest condolences to all family members of Norma. Norma was a friend from the Barrio of St Joseph and was such a lovely and beautiful person. I will always remember that beautiful smile and treasure her memories with my sisters. May her family find condolence in knowing that she is at peace with her savior.

My most sincere condolences to the Rangel and Foster families. Norma was a family friend for many years. She and my sister Diana were best friends. One good memory of her is when she joined my sisters and I for lunch at Orlandos this past summer. I'm sure she left a mark on everyone who knew and loved her. She will be greatly missed. My deepest sympathy on the passing of Norma to her sisters, brothers, husband, sons and all their families. The Salazar family grew up with the Bustillos family in the Barrio of Guadalupe and St. Joseph's Catholic Church neighborhood. Several of us from our families also were employed at the City of Lubbock. We will miss her very much. She was a beautiful and lovely woman. On Facebook all she spoke about were her grandchildren, here lately. I'm so very sorry that I won't be able to attend any of her services due to illness. I will watch them online. I will be praying for you all, as well as for her to rest in peace.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
