With great sadness, the family of Michael A. Rowley announces that Mike passed away unexpectedly, yet peacefully, on Saturday, August 3, 2024.

Michael A. Rowley was born March 21, 1966, to Ann Burke Rowley and Milton “Mac” Rowley, MD in Omaha, NE. He married Carolyn Hardy on July 6, 1996, at the First Presbyterian Church in Tyler, Texas. Mike was a graduate of Monterey High School and Crieghton University. He was a registered pharmacist and worked at many pharmacies in Rhode Island, Nebraska and Texas.

Mike enjoyed traveling, watching sporting events and spending time with family and friends. Mike was always quick with a joke to make everyone laugh or help in a tense situation. He loved his friends very much and was eager to help anyone that he met. Mike enjoyed attending mass regularly.

Mike is survived by wife, Carolyn Rowley; children, Margaret “Meg” Rowley, John Rowley; siblings, Jane (Randy Kinnison) Rowley, Susan Rowley; and numerous other family, friends and devoted dogs. He is preceded in death by parents, Dr. Milton “Mac” and Ann Rowley.

Mike Rowley was the little brother of my Creighton roommate and bestie Jane. He was sweet and kind and smart and we all loved him!! We will miss him!! Condolences to all his loved ones.
