Graveside service is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 27, 2018, at Bailey County Memorial Park in Muleshoe, Texas, followed by a memorial service to celebrate his life of 91 years at 4 p.m. at Lake Ridge Chapel in Lubbock, Texas.Leroy McDonald was born on December 4, 1927, to Johnnie and Ophell Oliver McDonald in Brownfield, TX. LeRoy married Audrey Pauline Rink on July 27, 1947, at Muleshoe, Texas.Survivors include his daughter, Debbie Willey and husband, Randy; grandchildren, Jerry McDonald and wife, Becky; Lauri McDonald, Audrey Whitley and husband, Sam; Stacy Zukerman and husband, Jason; Amy Harris and husband, Josh; great-grandchildren, Darius Gilbert, Austin Reed, McKenzie McDonald, Braxton Reed, Chloe Reed, Paige Harris, Ian McDonald, Brody Harris, De’Shun Nickelberry, and Reese Zukerman; brother, Billy McDonald; and daughter-in-law, Carolyn McDonald.He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnnie Henry and Ophell McDonald; spouse, Audrey Pauline McDonald; children, David Leroy and Ronnie Dale McDonald. 3 brothers Melvin, Jay and Don McDonald. 1 sister Joy Anderson.
