Leonor Infante

Leonor Infante passed away Wednesday, September 5, 2018. A Holy Rosary service is scheduled at 7 p.m. today, September 6, 2018, at Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial Designers. Family and friends will gather to celebrate Mass at 2 p.m., Saturday, September 8, 2018, at Our Lady Guadalupe Catholic Church. Leonor Infante was born on August 20, 1950 to Juanita Andrade and Cosme Martinez in Monclova, Coahuila Mexico. She had a love for her pets and her plants and you could always make her day by coming to visit her and bringing her fruit. She had a tremendous love for her family. Her gift to this world were her 9 beautiful children and her pride and joy were her 24 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren which she helped raise from birth until they were able to go to school. She gave them her blessing every morning before they went off, “que diosito me los ayude” she would say and she was there to receive everyone from work and school with her cooking, and made sure we were all together for every holiday. She was well respected for her kindness and giving heart anytime someone needed something. She never hesitated to help you out no matter the person because she always saw the good in everyone. But also, never afraid to speak her mind. She will always be remembered as we all take some form of her independence, strength and words of wisdom in our hearts.
