Lauri was awesome to work with at SPCAA. She was the ultimate laughter generator, especially during our trip to a conference in Dallas. Her heart was massive, and she put in serious work to support every family in our program.

She was a wonderful person to work with. She was so kind and loving, She will be missed. I am glad I had the privilege of knowing her. Rest in peace Lauri and prayers for the family

Lauri was so kind and compassionate! She had a heart of gold and it was a privilege to work with her at Head Start! She always had a way of making you laugh!!

Wow. Lauri was such a kind and caring person. She was always trying to help someone esp. families! She had a great rapport with community partners and always had awesome resource fairs. Her time here was way too short. Heaven got a great angel and I bet she is already asking "How can I help?" Condolences to her family and all her many friends.

To family and friends of Lauri. Lauri was a very special friend of mind. We worked together for many years in Headstart. She shared her love and compassion to all, especially to people who needed someone to listen to them. I know God will have a special place for her. I wish I could be there but I moved to Galveston County. I will always keep her in my prayers and I will pray for her son and mother.

Lori was one of my co-workers at HeadStart for many, many years, she was a loving, caring person and will be greatly missed. I will never forget our trip to San Diego, great memories.

Laurie was a co-worker and friend for many years. She had a compassion for helping and assisting families in need. Her ability to research and find resources to meet families needs was always a priority to her. She was a true Angel to those in need. Laurie will be missed in the field of Social work and as a friend. Rest in peace.

I had the great pleasure of working with Lauri at Head Start. She was a very kind and amazing woman and she will be greatly missed by many. May you Rest in Peace !

There are no words to express the depth of shock or deep sadness I feel learning of the passing of one of the sweetest and kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. My heart goes out to the family during this difficult time. May the Lord bless you and keep you during this time.
