Kevin Rowe

“Kevin Rowe, 47, of Lubbock, Texas, passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2016. Kevin was born July 30, 1968, to Hal and Joyce Rowe. He graduated from Monterey High School and and then joined the Navy where he served for four years. He was stationed on the aircraft carrier USS Ranger during the Persian Gulf War. After his Navy service, he went to Howard Payne University and received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology. He was a property manager for family rental property and was a member of Bacon Heights Baptist Church.Kevin is survived by his mother, Joyce Rowe, and sister, Melissa Rowe. He was preceded in death by his brother, Greg Rowe, and father, Hal Rowe.In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to Morris Safe House or The Haven or a favorite charity.”
