Joyce Lynn was born on September 9, 1950, to Frank and Stella Rhew in Lubbock, Texas. She graduated from Monterey and attended Texas Tech. Joyce worked at Avero Diagnostics as a courier. Joyce loved spending time in her yard and tending to her flowers. Very few soccer games went without Joyce cheering from the sidelines. She loved to watch her grandchildren in their sporting activities.
Survivors include her husband, Gerald Sartor; her children, Karrie Jones, and Mike Dye and wife, Angelia; grandchildren, Hailey Dye, Cage Jones, and Cole Jones. 
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Harold and Stella Rhew.
