Gary, I just read about Jerilyn's passing. I am so sorry. Please know I am praying for you and your family. I remember fondly those trips to our "gigs". Those were really good times for me. I know you are hurting right now, and there really is not anything folks can do or say to adequately ease your pain. I hope it helps to know we do care. Please let us know if we can help in any way.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Gary & family - We share our deepest sympathy and will keep you in our thoughts and prayers. We care about your grief! What a treasure was my friendship with Jerilyn! Every day was a blessing! We so enjoyed doing Precept Bible Study together. She would always tease me about all the extra hours of research I would do, especially when it came to our four semester study in Revelation. Of course, after every week's session, she could not wait for me to share with her all the truths from God's Word that we discovered in scripture! It makes my heart rejoice to know that now that she is sitting at the feet of Jesus and can ask Him about all the things in which our class was studying to have a clear understanding about His Second Coming. It was so crystal clear that each one of us has to be ready for His Return. What a glorious blessing it is to know that our Jerilyn was ready, and now is in heaven with JESUS. I can just see her beautiful smile as I type. I am so thankful for God's assurance that we will see her soon! I will miss Jerilyn dearly, but find joy in the answered prayers we shared. Her Sister in Christ Jesus, Jan Beaty John 14:6 - JESUS said, " I am the way, the truth, and the life; no one come to the FATHER, except through Me."

The world became just not quite as bright after I learned of Jerilyn’s passing. What an impact she made on this world, touching the lives of so many. I know my first grade students would always come back from music humming songs & telling me the things that “Mrs. Laramore said”. For my own boys, she awakened a love of music in Kaden through Music Memory and she kindly welcomed Colter into your home to come play with Andrew. (Which I recently learned that he would just open your fridge & help himself!) I’m sure Jerilyn just giggled and helped him find wonderful treats! She touched my life with her encouraging words and genuine interest how things were going with me and my family. I loved sitting beside her in choir and visiting and I could sing any harmony if I could hear her voice in one ear. Many times she would sit at the piano and pick out & play the parts for me so that I could hone in on what I should be singing. She supported me as I led VBS each year by prepping craft supplies. No job was too tedious or too big for her. She was the very living definition of the Proverbs 31 woman. I aspire to like her and I am grateful that God allowed me to have her in my life. My deepest condolences to you all. I pray that God’s peace that passes all understanding will surround you and comfort you. I look forward to seeing Jerilyn’s smile again one day in Heaven. Love, Kyla Lynch
