Jane Kelsey Cone is a wonderful Christian lady, and I know many will miss her greatly. When I was a teenager in Lubbock, Jane invited me to an Evangelistic meeting at First Baptist Church Lubbock. Louis Palau was to be the guest speaker. I do not believe that anyone else could have talked me into going to that meeting except Jane. She was kind and persistent and loving. I was not ready to put my faith in Jesus Christ at that time. But God used Jane’s loving care to plant the seeds of His good news. Later in our lives Denise and I both believed Denise and I are eternally grateful to Jane. Sincerely, Mike

I am incredibly saddened to hear the news of Mrs. Cone’s passing. I had the absolute pleasure of getting to know Jane while I was working for her and will never forget the memories we have together. Her and Jim have made a lasting impact on me and I’m grateful for their support/guidance during and after my undergraduate studies at Texas Tech. I send my prayers, support, and love to you and your family during this challenging time.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Jim, Little Jim, Caleb, Shawna, Kim, and children, how we all will miss our special Jane. My friend since elementary school days through the marriages & births of our grandchildren was always ready for fun, thoughtful conversation and visits. In our hearts Bob and I are with you at this time of her passing. We love you, Rosie & Bob.
