Hazel Martin

The family of Hazel Bernice Martin, will host a gathering of family and friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial Designers. A service to celebrate her life of 73 years is scheduled at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, January 11, 2023, at Lake Ridge Chapel, followed by a graveside service at Terrace Cemetery, Post, TX. Hazel B. Martin was born September 14, 1949, to Elton and Wilma (Brannon) Thorp in Lamesa, TX. She married Richard Martin.

Hazel is survived by her daughters, Mirrie (Travis) Rogers, and Angela (David) Davis; Kristin (Russell) Miller, Mathew (Chasten) Russell, Brittany Beck, Amber Russell, Shayna (Cody) Davis, Dustin Davis, Dalton Martin, Johnathan (Heather) Rogers, and Jessica (Aaron) Rogers; seventeen great-grandchildren; and a sister,  Carolyn (Leroy) Thoring.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Richard Martin; parents, Elton and Wilma Thorp; daughter, Mandy (Jeremy) King; granddaughter, Michelle Martin Mackom; and a brother, Roy Thorp.
