Glenn “Snitch” Stallings, 71, of Lubbock, TX passed away on January 22, 2017, at his home.
Honorary pallbearers will be Mark Cox, Steve Moczygemba, John Hart, Byron Gray, Kevin Harbin, Eldon Fuque, Mike Beckham, Cody Lewis, Brady Lewis, and BJ Lewis.
Glenn was born on May 2, 1945, to Woodrow Wilson and Uda Stallings. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Bill Stallings; and sister, Shirley Potts. He graduated from Lubbock High School in 1963. On September 15, 1980, Glenn married the love of his life, Janice Cudd in Lubbock. Survivors include his wife; two sons, Chad Stallings and wife, Cherri, Tatum Stallings and wife Kristen; grandchildren, Jaxon, Delaney, Braxton Stallings, Cayden Lewis, and Luke Muehlbrad; his sister Bobbie McLean and husband Jerry; and cousin, Brent Lee. Glenn had a distinguished career in law enforcement for thirty years and worked at Covenant Medical Center for two years after retirement from the police department.
Glenn never met a stranger. He enjoyed playing in the band with his police buddies and dancing. He was known for his sense of humor, San Antonio, and the nicknames he had for everyone. He loved taking trips to Vegas and Ruidoso. Glenn loved all children, his family, coworkers, and his Yorkshire Terriers.
Everyone who remembers Glenn is asked to celebrate his life in their own way, raising a glass of their favorite drink in his memory would be quite appropriate.
