Don Heathington

Don Heathington died on August 19, 2017. He was born on November 13, 1953, in Littlefield, TX, to Aubrey and Beverly Heathington. He married the love of his life, Dani Dunham on September 8, 1979, in Muleshoe TX.Don resided in Muleshoe his entire life. He farmed alongside his father for more than twenty-five years. He worked for Coaches Video from 2002 until present time, building relationships with coaches and players all over the Texas Panhandle, New Mexico, and Colorado. Don loved big and touched many lives. He loved his wife, his kids, and especially his four beautiful granddaughters. He loved his community by sharing produce from his garden and was the most loyal, passionate Muleshoe Mules’ fan, as well as an incredible encourager.He was preceded in death by his parents, Aubrey and Beverly Heathington; and sister, Donna Heathington.Survivors include his wife, Dani Heathington of Muleshoe; three children, Krystal Martin and husband, Grant of Abilene, TX; Myndi Heathington and fiancé, Canaan Heinrich of Maple, TX; Tatom Heathington and wife, Kelli of Burkburnett, TX; four beautiful grandchildren, Darby, Dylan, Kate, and Aubrey Ann; and his uncle, Kenny Heathington and wife, Pam of O’Donnell, TX.
