Domingo B. Trevino passed away on Friday, July 3, 2020. We will gather to recite the Holy Rosary Tuesday at 7:00 pm followed by visitation at Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial Designers. We will celebrate his life of 69 years with Mass at 10:00 am on Wednesday, July 8, 2020, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Slaton. In support of the health of his family, masks are required to attend his service and rosary. The rosary will be live-streamed and be available for thirty days on this page. Trevino was born on April 15, 1951, to Jose and Santiaga Trevino in Slaton, TX. Domingo married the love of his life, Anita Acuna on April 30, 1977, in Slaton, Texas. SSG Domingo Trevino worked at G&H Casting in Slaton TX for 30 years and retired from the U.S Army after 32 years. He served in Desert Storm and was deployed to Germany on numerous occasions. He loved spending time with the love if his life Anita, traveling, and spoiling his grandchildren. His two children Orlando & Yvonne were his pride and joy. Domingo loved to always drive to Slaton to visit his siblings and buy his grandchildren snow cones and thumbprints.Those left to cherish his memories are his wife, Anita Trevino; son, Orlando Trevino; daughter, Yvonne T. Burrola and husband Heraclio; grandchildren, Omar Burrola, and Juliana Burrola; brothers, Manuel Trevino and wife Bea, Joe Trevino and wife Irene, Tino Trevino, Johnny Trevino, Pablo Trevino, and Reymundo Trevino; sisters, Jesse Estrada, Mary Armenta and husband Pete, Isabel Trevino, Benita Caraveo and husband Fernando and Estella Martinez and husband Tony; and brother-in-law, Frank Rodriguez.He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Jimmy Trevino; sister, Henrietta Rodriguez; and sisters in law, Mary, and Rosa Trevino.
