It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Diana Jean Reep, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. Diana passed away on March 6, 2024, at the age of 62 in Lubbock, Texas.
She was born on September 15, 1961, in Dimmitt, Texas. She graduated from Anton High School and married Tim Reep on March 8, 1986. She and Tim lived in Wyoming for many years before moving back to Texas. Diana was a dedicated homemaker who found joy in caring for her family. Her real joy came from being around family and holding her grand babies. She loved her beach days and talking with her sister. Diana was known best for her big heart and loving smile. Her children will always remember all the sporting events that she supported them in. She was always available with a big hug and a kind smile win or lose in their events.
Diana is survived by her loving husband, Tim Reep; daughter, Sarah Reep; and son, Allen Reep and wife, Alissa. She was a cherished Grammy to Colton, Jovi, and Jayden Reep. Diana is also survived by her brother, Dave Lemons and wife Melissa; nephews, Gary Jones, and Chris Jones, and nieces, Tomi Adams, and Kelsi Lemons; along with her brother-in-law, Donald Jones.
She is preceded in death by her parents, DeeRoy and Verla LaJuan (Hice) Lemons; and a sister, Debra Jones.
A Celebration of Life in honor of Diana’s memory will be held at Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial Designers on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at 10:00 am. Followed by burial in the Anton Cemetery. A visitation will take place on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm.
