Born on October 7, 1994, in West Branch, MI, to Keith and Rebecca Lindsey, Daniel was raised in Michigan, grew up in Colorado, and found love in Texas. Taken from us far too soon, Daniel embraced life with a heart full of love and a spirit of adventure. He always walked the path less traveled,Continue Reading

Although we were unable to physically attend the service, everyone here was present for Daniel’s service. (Taylor Treece, Darran Partan, Trey-Lynn Joplin & “Bleu” Chami Spence) Darran recalled a time when he was in need when his girl left him. He didn’t know what to do with himself. Daniel took him in and took care of him for a week and gave him time to adjust and heal enough to take care of himself. He said Daniel was very giving and such a good guy. My dad passed away last year and God sent us a pup to help me deal with the grief. Daniel came by one day and was playing with Vader, our puppy. Daniel held his hand up like a gun and pointed at Vader and said, “Bang. Bang. I shoot you dead . Shoot you dead.” At that, Vader stopped and laid down on his back, pretending to be dead. The kicker is he had not been trained to do that and has not ever done it again except for one other time. That was when Daniel can back and did it again. We have tried and tried, but Daniel was the only one he would do that for. Many people know Taylor to be a lighthearted person who rarely gets angry. But one day Daniel was here and Daniel had done something that ticked him off. Daniel was sitting in the living room and Taylor was in his bedroom and began yelling at the top of his lungs. I m thinking “oh, no!” But then I hear a soft clicking noise. I went to the living room and Daniel had swiftly shown himself out the back door and left us in the dust! He definitely made me giggle!! He was definitely wise enough to know when to leave! Daniel was one of those people that could frustrate you to no end. But you could never stay angry with him long. His smile and spirit were contagious. He always came through for you in a time of need. And he brought lots of laughs. He was a fun person to be aroundd. We will all miss you, Daniel. And we were all blessed to have had you as a part of our lives. To your family, we are very sorry for your loss. I hope that what we shared about Daniel brings a smile to your face and a giggle to your heart. His path may not have been as you had hoped. But he touched the life of many. His love was shared in walks of life that others shun. But not Daniel. And although I am sure he would object, many tears have been shed for Daniel. I just wanted you to know that. I pray that God will bring you peace and comfort. -Bleu
