Cruz A. Resendez

Cruz A. Resendez passed away Friday, July 19, 2019 after a lengthy illness. Rosary will be Sunday, July 21, 2019 at 6 pm followed by visitation at Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial Designers. Family and friends will gather to celebrate his life of 65 years Monday, July 22, 2019, 2 pm, at Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial Designers followed by burial in City of Lubbock Cemetery. He was a hard worker and enjoyed spending time with his wife and their pets. He enjoyed spending time tinkering with his old pickup. Cruz was a loving, son, brother, and husband.  He will be greatly missed by those that knew him.Survivors include his wife, Selia Rodriguez Resendez of Wolfforth; siblings, Janie Leal and Ester Leal both of Lubbock, Benny Resendez, Hortensia Montanez and Johnny Resendez all of Levelland.He was preceded in death by his parents, and five siblings.
