Cris Pierson’s family and friends will celebrate his life of 55 years at 2:00 pm on Saturday, December 19, 2020, at Bethany Baptist Church. He went home to Heaven on Tuesday, December 15, 2020. The service will be live-streamed on this page, where you are encouraged to sign the virtual guestbook and share memories and expressions of sympathy.On June 27, 1965, Cris was born to Clinton Roy and Margie Pierson in Monahans, Texas. He married Stephanie Selman on June 25, 1988, in Hadley Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Texas. Cris spent his life serving God and he loved his church family.Survivors include his wife, Stephanie Pierson; their children, Crista (Ryan) Berend, and Heather Pierson; grandchild, Layna Berend; his parents, Clinton Roy and Margie Pierson; siblings, Steve (Betty) Pierson, Scott (Bessie) Pierson; Cynthia (Allen) Mobbs.
