I was 8yrs old when I first met the Nix family. After meeting Coach Nix it was Bubba who then took me in & introduced me to everyone. Looked out for me for a while until I could hold my own. You guys are in my thoughts & prayers. So sorry for your loss

I will always remember Bubba for his cool, calm & laid back demeanor. He coached me for a few years in baseball & I will never forget those days. Bubba was always straight up & never got rattled. I know its probably a small thing but people that I have met in my lifetime that have that 'vibe' tend to listen more & deliver great feedback. For that, I am thankful to have met such a great man will love & miss him. To Michelle, I certainly to love ya & am sorry you lost your guy. Tiffani, Cole & Tye, y'all are & will always be considered family to me and I am so sorry that you lost Bubba. I will be praying for you all & am always here for you. -Caleb Davis

Bless Bubba. A great guy who had such a zest for life even back in high school. I can still see him walking into a room with that great head of hair and that dazzling smile! He hit his final grand slam and is on the team of heavens now! One of the good ones...blessings to you all. ✨

So sorry to hear of dear Bubba's passing. I enjoyed getting to know him while visiting Jill on Clear Springs Rd. (I believe it was) in Richardson. I know his loss is devastating for his family who loved him so, but know their faith brings comfort knowing he is with our Lord. Rest in peace.
