Beyond his professional achievements, Charles’s true joy was found in the love and adoration he shared with his beloved family. He is survived by his devoted wife, Paula Perry, who stood by his side throughout their remarkable journey. Together, they built a loving family and navigated life’s joys and challenges with unwavering support and devotion.
