Billy is survived by his mother, Barbara Phillips; children, Jason Phillips, Robyn (Gabriel) Garcia, Jeromy Phillips; stepson, David Gainer; grandchildren, Camryn Phillips, Nathan Phillips, Cyrus Garcia, Nick Garcia; Godchild, Kaden Vandergriff; sister, Wendy Owens; Summer Vandergriff, co-parent to his god-grandson.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Katrina Phillips; father, Billy Phillips; sister, Jodie Prather.

I am praying for Billy’s family and friends for their loss. I knew him in high school with Gene Viaille when they were in a band. When I graduated and went into the military I lost contact with Billy. I knew him as a good person, outstanding drummer, and had just become a father before I left. I have lot of good memories with him. God Bless.
