Laura & Diana, I just wanted to say what a beautiful celebration of life for your mother. David and Robert did a wonderful job, I truly wish I could have been there with you all, the video was absolutely beautiful. Rest in peace Betty, you will always be missed. God bless you all.

Betty was such a sweet Christian friend of 25 years. She was such a witness for Christ and told others about Him either personally or in her beautiful singing of His love. We all know she happily joined Jesus and now is fully healed. I spoke to Betty on her birthday this year and she sang for me one of her chosen hymns for her memorial. I’ll sure miss her here but have that blessed assurance of where she is.

Betty was my friend. I hated losing contact when she moved to Houston, but I continued to pray for her health and her strength. We spent several holidays together and I felt they were incomplete after she left Lubbock. Thank you Lord for blessing my life with Betty, and bless her family.

Time is harsh, time is fleeting and in the time I knew Betty (Nanny) to me as I was her grandson-in-law was too short. We first met in 2003 and that was a blessing. Betty always had a firm moral compass, expressing love and good life advice, is something I will dearly miss. Betty was a religious person that stayed true, urged us all to do the same. God returned the favor and Betty was loved and well cared for in her last years by family and friends. You will be missed, but never forgotten,

Betty was by far one of the sweetest and gentlest people I knew and I loved her dearly.
