Arvil Willie Davis was born July 24, 1943, to Arvil and Una Mae Greene Davis Sr. in Plainview, TX. He married Donna Moore on January 6, 1974 at Highland Baptist Church in Lubbock, TX.

Arvil is survived by his wife, Donna Davis; children, Jodie Daniels, Michael (Rhonda) Tue, David Jo Davis, Elizabeth Ann (John) Ford; grandchildren Kellie (John) Poole, Maegan Melton, Charlie (Michael) Champion, Kristina (Eric) Strong, Alex Shultz, Austin Tue, Chloe Tue; 10 great-grandchildren; siblings, Ronald Gene (Nancy) Davis, Deborah Roller; several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Arvil Davis Sr., Una Mae Davis.
