It is with great sadness that we lost Arunaben Dineshbhai Patel. Her soul departed us on December 25th, 2023 at the age of 74 in Ahmedabad, India.

She was a longtime resident of Lubbock, Tx for over 38 years. Arunaben was born in India and came to the United States with her Husband Dineshbhai Patel in 1972 and studied Medical Technology at Boston University. She was a Medical Technologist in the Lubbock area for 35 years.

She was highly involved in the Swaminarayan Temple here in Lubbock, TX. Being a part of the Temple brought her so much joy and purpose in life. Her lifelong goal was to see the Pilgrimage in India before she passed, and she was able to accomplish that goal this year. She is now reunited with her best friend her husband Dineshbhai Patel.

She is preceded in death by her Husband, Dineshbhai Patel, her Sister Vasuben Patel and her parents Ramoobhai and Dahiben Patel. She is survived by her only child, son Nirav Dinesh Patel and her Daughter In Law Jennifer Paige Patel.
