Born on April 17, 2015, in Lubbock, TX, Addison Faith McCarthy brought joy and love into the lives of all who knew her. She was the biggest blessing and would light up the room with her infectious smiles and giggles.  She came into our lives at 5 weeks old; so tiny, and so full of fire! Her short time with us involved multiple surgeries, and even more doctor’s visits, but she took it all in stride. She was the strongest, bravest, most precious little girl you ever met.  She was always happy, smiling, and singing.  She loved music, her siblings, her nurses, and lots of snuggles.  Her presence would always brighten your day.  You couldn’t not smile when you were around her, she brought so much love and light to everyone around her.    Her daily dose of joy, love, and laughter will never be forgotten, and will forever be missed.

Addison embraced the world around her with curiosity and eagerness. She brought immense joy to her parents, David and Chassidy McCarthy and April and Ralph Reyes, as well as her siblings, Jordan, Damien, Bailey, AJ and wife Jenna, Christian, Garrett, Jazmin, Aaron, Dylan, Jaxon, Traesyn, Kaiyah, Ashlyn, and Easton; and grandparents, Gary and Pamela Kihn, Carol McCarthy, and Oniesmo and Teresa Reyes.

Addison was preceded by a grandfather, J.R. McCarthy.

Addison’s family suggest memorial donations to Cook Children’s Health Foundation at www.cookchildrens.org/giving/  in her memory.
