Walking Through Grief Facilitator | Aftercare Liaison
Sherri is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education. She was a public school teacher for 32 years. Upon her retirement from teaching in 2013, she immediately began working as a receptionist for Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial Designers. In 2014, she also became a facilitator for the grief classes offered through the funeral home. Sherri contacts the widows and widowers who have chosen Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial Designers for their services by sending them a handwritten card and making a personal phone call to check on them. She views her job as a ministry to everyone that she serves. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, loving on her Golden Doodle, Baxter, and shopping.
