Elias Balderas left a message on April 19, 2019:
Daddy we all question as to why this happened to you. Someone so loved and admired there are no words to describe as to how much you'll be missed. You taught us all well and we will continue to deliver the message that you so wrote on our hearts so that we can touch the lives of others just as you did all these years. We will never forget the day 7 became 6 and heaven gained 1. But in due time daddy the rest of us will join you and we will be 7 strong once again along with all the other family that is still here and yet to come on this Earth. We love you Daddy and you'll forever be missed in this world.

I’ve known Thomas for 25 years. He was a great man with a big heart. He would always greet me with a huge smile, wanting to know how I was doing. He was always genuinely concerned about others. Tim and I gave poor Thomas a hard time growing up. We probably caused him a few grey hairs but he never gave up on us. He was always right there with open arms trying to steer us toward a better path. I’m lucky to have known him for the time I did. You will be greatly missed. Love you old buddy

May you rest in peace. You always treated me with love and respect in the short time we knew each other. Ever time I would see you you had your Bible with you. May the angels rejoice at your homecoming and our Lord Jesus embrace you as you enter heaven. I promise to watch over your granddaughter and do anything for your family. I love you and see you when I get there.

Dad there are no words to describe the man you taught me to become, It was always believing in Jesus Christ no matter the circumstances you always told us that life would not be easy you let us make our mistakes so that we would not become complacent in this world, but when times became tough you loved us and told us to always protect the family to love unconditionally, to help those who could not help themselves, to pray for those who needed prayer and to forgive those who would not forgive you. Thank You so much Daddy for everything you will always live through me I love you so much as you await us in Heaven God Bless you.
