His family will host a time of fellowship and remembrance from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Thursday, May 27, 2021, at Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial Designers. His graveside service will be at 10:00 AM on Saturday, June 5, 2021, at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park. He passed on Monday, May 24, 2021. He married Pamela Dillon on December 10, 2012, in Lubbock, Texas. Tom was a good-natured, happy child growing up – liked to have fun. He liked to be in outdoor sports, baseball, swimming, and motorcycle riding. But the one he loved the most was fishing. Tom learned how to fish from his grandpa Hinkle in Montana when he was seven years old, and Tom always wanted to go to Montana during his vacations to go fishing. A few years ago, he caught a huge fish – one of the biggest fishes on record and had it preserved. The fish is on a plaque hanging on his wall in his home today.Tom was a peaceful person, easy to get along with. He always kept his vehicles running and house in order. He loved to have brisket and steak barbeques.Tom loved the Lord Jesus. He wanted to be off on Sundays to go to church. He talked about Jesus at work. Tom was a soul winner.Tom is greatly loved and will be greatly missed.Survivors include his wife, Pamela King; parents; brothers, Gregory Miesmer and Gerald King; brothers-in-law, John Dillon and Jimmy Dillon; sisters-in-law, Sherri Oden (Eddie), Brenda Dillon; nieces, Sarai Dominguez (Frank), Natalie Miesmer, Ryleigh Miesmer, Kristin Kelley (Stephen), Candice Dillon, Autumn Kelley; nephews, John Dillon (Amiee), Joshua Oden (Ashley), Jordan Oden (Jayden), Jordan King, Matthew Miesmer, and Joshua Kelley; great-nieces, Allyzandra Dominguez, AvaLynn Dominguez, Avereigh Dominguez; and great-nephew, Elijah Dominguez.He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents Dennis and Irene King; maternal grandparents Archie and Ethel Hinkle; and nephew, Jeremiah King.
