Ryan Anthony Wentzel passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2018. Family and friends will gather to celebrate his life of 29 years on Saturday, March 24, 2018, at 10:30 a.m. at Hope Lutheran Church with a reception to follow. 

Ryan Anthony was born on June 26, 1988 in Boise, Idaho. He graduated Lubbock High School in 2005. On June 23, 2006, Ryan married Kathrine Roberts in Lubbock, Texas. He worked as a supervisor for UPS. 

Survivors include his wife, Kathrine Wentzel; their children, Hayden, Elle and Grayson Wentzel; parents, Larry A. and Rebecca Boggs; sister, Emily Boggs; maternal grandmother, Nancy Wentzel; maternal grandfather, Lloyd Wentzel; mother-in-law, Debbie Roberts; father-in-law, Jerry Roberts; sister-in-law, Jennifer Busdea; and niece, Halley Roberts.
