Mollie Sylvia Abbott was born January 5, 1941, to Charlie and Idell Williams in Lubbock, TX. She graduated Monterey High School in 1957 where she met the love of her life Alton Abbott. She was a beautiful Christmas bride and was married December 22, 1959. She and Alton were proud owners of Abbott Trailer Sales for more than 40 years. Mollie was an amazing mother and Nana. Mollie treasured family gatherings and spoiling her kids and grandkids. She loved traveling, and supporting the Red Raiders. Mollie is survived by daughter, Amy; sons, Cary and wife Leisa; Blake and wife Shannon, Chance and fiancée Ashley. Grandchildren: Tamara and husband Jacob, Chase and wife Crystal, Addie, Audrey, Tyler and wife Rachel, and Jayton; great-grandchildren, Kinzley, Harper, Mallary, Hayden, Sawyer and Magnolia. She is preceded in death by her parents, and husband. Mollie, passed away peacefully Sunday, September 14, 2025.
