She married Carmelo Alvarez on August 18, 1990, in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. She loved a good book, the sun and water, dancing, classic rock, dark beer, and Irish whiskey. Michelle was a tremendously gifted cook, hostess, and student of current events and politics. She left an impression on everyone she met and could almost always be found laughing along with friends and family.Survivors include her mother, Norma Hall; her husband, Carmelo Alvarez; and their daughters, Alexis and Taylor Alvarez.She was preceded in death by her father, Lawrence Mooneyham.
