Megan Martinez

The family of Megan Martinez will gather to recite the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, April 23, 2021, at Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial Designers. There will not be a public service due to Covid restrictions at the church.  Instead, we invite you to celebrate her life of 17 years at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 24, 2021, remotely on this page. We have provided a link to view her service at the scheduled day and time, or you will be able to watch it later. We invite you to sign her virtual guestbook and download her memorial keepsake folder to your device for printing.On December 2, 2003, Megan Josefine was born to Franky Martinez and Dee Ann Flores in Lockney, Texas.Megan was a bubbly 17-year-old who loved life.  She was smart, funny, and generous.  She was creative and loved art.  She also loved her music, her cat, and TikTok.  Megan loved her family and will be missed tremendously.Survivors include her parents, Franky and Stacey Martinez, and Dee Ann and Eloy Flores; siblings, Jacob Martinez, Zayvin Godino, Ashley Hernandez, Katelyn (Zachary) Hargis, and Aryana Godino; and maternal grandmother, Elizabeth Hernandez.She was preceded in death by paternal grandfather, Camillio Gonzales and paternal grandmother, Josie Martinez; and maternal grandfather, Ralph Hernandez.
