My condolences to the Waller family. I have fond memories of Martha Jane working at Mackenzie. She was so great working with the cheerleaders for years and years and I am sure influenced them in so many wonderful ways. Her calligraphy skills were amazing also and I can’t image how many hours she spent using them to make student’s’ certificates as stunning as their accomplishments. May your wonderful memories of her heal y’all’s hearts and put the smiles on y’all’s faces.

Martha Jane and I knew each other from long ago. We met in college and we’re roommates. She would often tell me that Greg, my now husband, was a good catch. Boy was she right! After 53 years of marriage she continued to say that. We spent so many fun outings together, sharing family times together at the lake as well as just acting silly together! Our husbands definitely had to “put up with us”, as did our kids. An absolutely wonderful family full of life. Martha Jane always put family and friends first and was so creative during our times together. Greg and I send our love and warmest sympathy to you Mike, Chad, Carrie. I know that we now have Martha Jane and Chris looking down to watch over all of us. May God’s love and mercy abound in its fullness. 🙏🏻
