Jennifer was born on February 15, 1977, in Lubbock, TX, to Phillip Torres and Rose Marie Gonzales. She passed away on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, resilience, and warmth.
She is survived by her beloved children, Jonathan Gonzales and Analyse Gonzales; cherished grandchildren, Jeramyah Gonzales, Kayn Perkins, Noah Gonzales, and Brayden Gonzales; her devoted mother, Rose Marie Gonzales; siblings, John Miller and Holly Roberts, and by many uncles, aunts and cousins whom she loved and adored. She is preceded in death by her grandparents Eusebio (Pete) and Rebecca Gonzales, her father Phillip Torres, and son Jaden Gonzales.
Jennifer was a free spirit, known for her vigilance and resilience. Her charismatic personality brought joy and love to everyone she met. She made everyone feel welcome and loved. She was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Her heart belonged to her grandchildren, and her face would light up anytime they were near and she enjoyed spending time with them. She had a passion for make-up and perfume, always expressing her personality with style and flair. For many years, she worked at Rosa’s Café, where she was adored by her customers, many of whom became like family. Jennifer made long lasting friendships, many of them with her co-workers at Rosas’s Cafe as well as many from her previous jobs. She still maintained many childhood friendships that were close and dear to her heart. She made each of her friends feel special, seen and loved. Her vibrant spirit and warm presence left a lasting impression on everyone she met.
Jennifer’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
