James Roscoe Fowler was born on July 17, 1934, to JB and Lorene Fowler in Lubbock, Texas. On March 21, 1953, Roscoe married the love of his life, Patsy Leake at Southside Baptist Church in Lubbock, Texas.Survivors include his wife, Patsy Fowler; daughter, Scorpie White and husband, Doug of Wolfforth, Texas; grandson, Wako Ky Frazier and wife, Kasey; great-granddaughter, KyLeah Cheyene Frazier; and 4 grand-dogs.He was preceded in death by his parents, JB Fowler and Lorene Fowler; sister, Peggy Bolding.
