Lauren Marcelle Brown

Lauren M. Brown passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 7, 2021, at Covenant Hospital in Lubbock. She was born June 23, 1963, with her twin sister, Lisa. She was a graduate of Monterey High School in Lubbock, where she met her husband, Tony, of 39 years. Lauren graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Masters degrees in Education and Counseling. She was a loving child of God and meant a lot to many people. Lauren was a beautiful educator dedicated to all she did. She loved the beach, spending time there whenever she could. Family, friends, and others whose lives Lauren touched are invited to a memorial service on Tuesday, May 11, at 10 AM, at the home of Mary Janet Gilbert at 108 N County Road 3240 in Lubbock.
