Jerrie Marie Scroggins

The family of Jerrie Marie Scroggins will host a time of fellowship and remembrance from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday, May 23, 2022, at Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial Designers. She passed away on Wednesday, May 18, 2022.Jerrie Marie was born on June 5, 1945, to Jessie and Frances Roe in Victoria, TX. She fell in love with her husband Kenneth Scroggins and they combined their families on April 4, 1986.  Jerrie loved life, fast cars, her favorite sexy singing cowboy George Strait, big purses and shoes, lots and lots, of shoes. Fridays were for dirt track racing, Saturdays were spent watching college football and Sundays were Nascar and her other favorite NFL player Tom Brady.  Jerrie worked in the food broker business for over 30 years finally retiring due to health issues from Lenhart and Associates at age 73.Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Scroggins; sons Thomas Wakeland, Billy (Carie) Powell, and daughter Alisa (Roy) Loveday; brothers, Billy (Elaine) Huber, Bubba (Kelley) Floyd; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and many other loved family and friends.She was preceded in death by her parents, and her daughter, Gina Garcia.
