Such a lovely lady who I enjoyed at Oakwood Baptist Church. She and her family were always so active and faithful at OBC.Carolyn, Brad and his family were dearly missed but always remembered for their service. May God give you comfort and peace in the days ahead. Praise for a lovely celebration of life today full of beautiful thoughts of hope.

Carolyn and I were friends since we were very young, both living on Backus Street. She was a great friend, very nice, and loving person. We both got married within a day of each other in Paducah in 1957. I feel sure she and A. L. are having a good time.

Carolyn was a very sweet and kind lady. I remember going to her house one time to eat lunch with you all after church one Sunday morning. She was a great hostess and I enjoyed myself very much that day. She will be missed. I pray that you feel God's comfort and peace around you today and the coming days.

Thoughts and prayers are with you all. This lady will be missed by so many cherished family and friends. She was a great lady! I have not had the opportunity to see Carolyn for many years but Winn kept me posted. I will always remember her sweet smile and her kind ways. We all know she is in heaven and what a wonderful thought.

I remember so vividly when Carolyn moved next door to me. She was so pretty that suddenly I had friends that I never knew, but it was A.L. who won Carolyn’s love. It was a beautiful marriage and they always were so happy. Goodbye sweet friend.... you will be missed so much by so many....prayers for your wonderful family

Words cannot express how wonderful it was growing up with such a beautiful and wonderful cousin as Carolyn. She was always one of my favorites and I'll surely miss her. I'm so glad we talked only two weeks ago. I know where she is now, all decked out in her new heavenly body. She was an asset and blessing to all that knew her. I pray for her family now in this difficult time. We have the promise of Jesus that we will know each other in heaven as we knew each other in this life. What a blessing and something to really look forward to.
