I was shocked and heartbroken broken to learn of the loss of David. One, if not the best, appraisers I’ve ever known. He helped me so much with bank appraisals last year. I really wanted him to get back into the appraisal business and quit climbing on roofs. I can’t think of a person or appraiser that I respected more. I’m so sorry for your loss, I’m sorry for my loss.

Our deepest sympathy to Peg and her family. David was such a warm, kind, and gentle man. We enjoyed David for so many reasons but especially when he’d get that twinkle in his eye and you just knew to actively listen because his comment was going to be a good one. David will be missed and cherished by all of his friends and family. We will always cherish our memories!!! Thank you, Dave, for your friendship and your love!!!
