Laura fulfills a variety of roles here at Lake Ridge Chapel & Memorial Designers, including Restorative Artist, WISE Director, and Facilitator for The Ladies and Men of Lake Ridge Chapel. She was born in Paris, TX, and received her associate degree of applied science in mortuary science. She has been with the funeral home since 2009 and had the privilege of working at LRCMD with her mother, Linda Moore, for a decade. Since 2017, she has been a staff writer for Senior Lake Magazine, and she enjoys planning events for the Lake Ridge community.
Outside of her work at the funeral home, Laura loves spending quality time with her husband, who serves as a Lubbock police officer, and her family. Her son, Jacob, is the videographer at LRCMD, and her daughter, Kaitlyn, is a NICU nurse at Covenant Woman’s and Children’s Hospital.
