“A lifelong resident of Lubbock, Bill was born on April 18, 1962. He graduated from Lubbock High School. Bill married his high school sweetheart, Brenda Luttrull on Feb. 18, 1981. He worked for his family’s business, Manley’s Chem-Dry Carpet Care. Bill had an encouraging spirit and loved everyone. He was a member of The Refuge Church. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and anything to do with motorcycles. Bill worked hard and enjoyed welding and just working with his hands.
He was preceded in death by father, William Steve Manley, Sr., and a brother, Floyd Glen Manley.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda Manley; his mother, Della (Charles) Manley-Benge; two sons, Max (Susan) Manley, and Derick (fiancé Sonia ) Manley, a daughter, Kandace Manley, four grandchildren, Zoe Lily Deaken and Emily, two brothers, Steve (Jean) Manley, and Jeff (Jennifer) Manley, two step-sisters, Selicia (Jerry) Davis, and Allison (Ken) Hoffman, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.”
