Wilbanks Family, Mr. Wilbanks frequently served as a substitute teacher at Lubbock-Cooper Middle School. His infectious smile welcomed students as they entered the classroom. His kindness and helpful nature made him a favorite among students and staff. Mr. Wilbanks always treated our students with positivity. I worked with Wendell for many years and he was great friend. Moving from Lubbock kept visits few, but going on the same Honor Flight gave us a chance to reconnect. It was a great trip giving us time to have nice visits. It was a blessing. He was a great guy and will be missed. To his family, may God be with you.

Wendall has been a staple in the LBMS halls since I have been here it seems. Always with a smile, he would come to help us out when we needed him and he was always so kind and his gentle servant heart was apparent in all he did. He had the best smile and laugh. The kids loved him, teachers adored him, and all respected him. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
