Vidal “Billy” Herrera

June 10, 1962 - April 29, 2017
Vidal “Billy” Herrera was born on June 10, 1962, in Lubbock, Texas, and met his Saviour on April 29, 2017.  Billy was a member of Rios de Agua Viva Baptist Church and graduated from Estacado High School.  He worked at Payless Cashway for many years.

He is survived by his parents, Joe and Mary Herrera; a brother, Joe Herrera, Jr.; brother-in-law, Rigoberto Blanco; sisters, Linda Stone and husband, Ruben, and Olga Aleman; several nieces and nephews; and by Sylvia Juarez, his long-time friend, and her daughter, Andrea Constancio and husband, Eric; as well as Billy’s pride and joy, Zak and Mia Constancio.

Billy loved muscle cars, music, cooking, dancing and enjoyed the company of anyone around him. He never met a stranger and everyone was his friend. All that knew him will miss him.
